May I use my old username and password for the 28-Days Sober Challenge 2019?
Yes, if you were registered for the 28 Days Sober Challenge 2018, you have to use the same username and password this year.
If I signed up with Facebook, Twitter or Google, do I still have to sign in with the same account?
Yes indeed, after registering, you must always use the same path : Facebook if you signed up with Facebook, Twitter if you signed up with Twitter or Google if you signed up with Google.
If I signed up with an email, do I still have to sign in with the same email?
Yes indeed, after registering, you must always use the same path with the same email if you signed up with an email.
What are the requirements for my password?
Your password has to have between 6 and 100 characters of your choice.
What payment methods are accepted at registration?
Payment by credit card is required to access your personal page. Only MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted.
Can I register for the 28-Days Sober Challenge 2019 or sponsor a participant by paying by check or cash?
By paying cash or by check, your donation will be added to the 28-Days Sober Challenge 2019 total. Note that your name will not appear on the 28-Days Sober Challenge platform. You will not have access to a personal account that allows you to have a calendar to monitor your performance, form a team, complete missions, etc. Your name as sponsor of a participant will not appear anywhere and can not be added to participant cards.
To access all these features and fully participate in the 28-Days Sober Challenge 2019, you must pay by credit card.

Am I entitled to a receipt for tax purposes?
Yes, you will receive a tax receipt each time you make a donation by credit card (registration, sponsorship or donation) from the platform. This receipt will be downloadable from the thank you email sent to the address used for your registration.
When will I receive my receipt for tax purposes?
After each of your donations (registration, sponsorships, donations), you will receive a thank you email from which you can download your receipt.
What do the Gold, Silver and Bronze challenge types mean?
The type of challenge determines the frequency of your abstinence. A Golden challenge does not allow you any consumption during the entire month of February. A Silver challenge allows you to drink on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. A Bronze challenge allows you to consume Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
What happens if I lose my password?
A ‘’Forget your password’’ button is in the registration box. Just click on it and you will receive an email at the address you used for your registration with the instructions to receive a new password.
What happens after my payment?
You end up on your personal page, which you can personalize by adding a short bio, a photo and your donation goal. You can also add a phone number to receive SMS that will be sent to participants.
It’s on this page that you will see your impact in your area. You can invite your parents and friends to be part of your team and/or sponsor you by making a donation.
It is also on this page that you will see the total donations you have raised, sponsors who support you to whom you can send an e-mail of thanks, the trophies you have won, etc.
How do I create a team?
You must be on your personal page and click on the My Team button in the menu on the left of your screen. You must then give it a name that you can not change, so be certain of it. You can also add a picture identifying your team (625 pixels X 340 pixels), it can be changed in the future.
How big has to be my team picture?
Your picture has to be 625 pixels X 340 pixels.
How do I add members to my team?
To recruit other members to your team, follow these steps :
1- Go to your personal page.
2- Click on the “My Team” tab.
3- In “Team Statistics”, click on “Recruit a Friend”.
4- Enter your friend’s email address and click “Send”. Your friend will receive the invitation and will have to click on the link included to join the team.
5a- If your friend already has an account on the challenge platform, he/she will arrive directly to the team page and simply click on “Join this team”.
5b- If your friend does not have an account on the challenge platform, he/she will arrive on the account creation page, will have to subscribe to the Challenge and will then automatically join your team when the process registration will be completed. The team will be visible from its “My team” menu.
How can I join a team?
To join a team you have to be registered to the Challenge and then follow these steps:
1- Go to your personal page.
2- Click on the “My Team” tab.
3- Click on the button “Join a team”.
4- Select a team from the existing teams list.
5- In the team page, click on “Join this team” button and you’re done.
When you are part of a team, all the donations you collect are added to the total of the other members of your team.
Can I make a registration or sponsorship for someone else?
Yes, making payments for different people with the same credit card is possible this year.
How can I complete my calendar?
Completing your calendar means whether you have been drinking or not the day before or the days before, if you forgot to fill it. To do this you just have to click on the image and the two choices will appear. Click on the correct one and you’re done. Note that you will be the only person to see your calendar and you can not complete it the same day.
What happens if I forget to complete my calendar?
You can fill it late without any problem. Each box of the calendar is editable the day after the date.
I'm registered but the platform does not recognize my email, what can I do?
Make sure you have signed up initially by the path you are trying to take ie Facebook, Twitter, Google or email. You must log in the same way to access your personal page.
What happens if I drink a day that I did not have?
We will not hold it against you. If you want, you can choose to challenge one more day or make an additional donation to make up for it. It’s your choice.
